F & L Construction Waste & Recycling Pte Ltd (FLCWR) was established in 2018. The company provides construction waste collection and disposal services to building construction and management businesses and other industry sectors across Singapore.
FLCWR is an extended arm of its parent company, F & L Reinstatement Pte Ltd (FLR), and sister company, F & L Builder Construction Pte Ltd (FLB). Together, the group offers a comprehensive range of reinstatement, construction and waste management services under one roof.
With the combined support and expertise of the F&L Group, FLCWR plays a pivotal role in ensuring a green and sustainable built environment in Singapore.

On-site collection of construction, demolition and renovation waste and debris. We manage the full collection process so your site stays clear and compliant.
All general construction waste and debris is transported to the NEA–Tuas Incineration Plant in full compliance with Singapore's environmental regulations.
Wood waste and debris is sorted into separate bins and transported to Bee Joo Industries Pte Ltd for dedicated waste management and recycling disposal.

Our Process
We visit your site to assess the volume, type and location of waste to plan an efficient collection schedule.
General construction waste and wood waste are sorted into designated bins for appropriate disposal streams.
Our team collects and transports waste to the NEA–Tuas Incineration Plant and Bee Joo Industries for wood recycling.
All disposals are documented and NEA-compliant, giving you full traceability and regulatory peace of mind.
