Addition & Alteration (A&A) Works

Addition and Alteration works cover structural modifications to existing commercial spaces — expanding layouts, reconfiguring floor plans, or adapting premises to new tenant requirements. All works are carried out in compliance with BCA regulations.

Carpentry Works

Our in-house carpentry team fabricates and installs custom joinery to exacting standards. From bespoke reception counters to full office fit-outs, every piece is built for durability and finished to your specification.

Partition & Sub-Division Works

We design and install demountable and permanent partition systems to divide commercial spaces efficiently — meeting both functional and fire-rated requirements. Sub-division works are carried out to building authority standards throughout.

Electrical Work

Our licensed electrical team handles M&E works for new fit-outs and A&A projects — from power point installation to full rewiring. All electrical works are carried out by registered electricians and comply with SP PowerGrid and BCA requirements.
